The Business Centre, comprising 8 rooms with a combined capacity of 300 participants, is ideal for training sessions, workshops and flexible meetings. The Executive Centre, comprising four rooms with a combined capacity of 100 participants, offers a more prestigious setting, with high-end furnishings, natural light, private terraces and views of the Alps.
Which room layouts are available for a training session or workshop?
Rooms can be arranged theatre-style for presentations, classroom-style for training, U-shaped for discussion, boardroom-style for small groups or cabaret-style for a mix of listening and teamwork. Selected rooms can also be set up for a cocktail reception.
Can Millennium host a hybrid meeting or video conference?
The conference rooms include wireless video-conferencing, an automatic camera, microphones, integrated sound and interactive displays. A PC or Mac connects quickly and wirelessly. For a larger live broadcast, La Scène provides a complete audiovisual production setup.
What equipment is available in the meeting rooms?
Depending on the room, equipment includes Wi-Fi, a large interactive display with whiteboard features, microphones, integrated sound and an automatic video-conferencing camera. A tablet makes it easy to manage lighting, projection and the main audiovisual functions.
Can coffee breaks and lunch be organised on site?
Conference packages can combine drinks, morning and afternoon breaks, plus lunch as a buffet, meal tray or menu at the Brasserie. The Business Centre lobby and Executive Centre terraces also provide pleasant settings for conversation between sessions.

Millennium is located in Crissier near Lausanne, close to the A1 motorway and Renens railway station. The venue has a 500-space indoor car park with EV charging points. For groups, the concierge team can also arrange transfers or a shuttle.
