La Scène accommodates up to 500 people for the main conference. The Business and Executive centres host workshops and parallel sessions, while L'Espace can combine exhibition, networking and catering. Every key part of the congress therefore remains on one site.
Does Millennium provide breakout rooms for a congress?
The Business and Executive centres offer rooms in different sizes for workshops, training sessions, round tables or partner meetings. Their presentation and video-conferencing equipment can also open selected sessions to remote participants.
Can L'Espace host an exhibition or business forum?
L'Espace provides 450 m² of flexible floor area for stands, demonstrations, meetings, reception or catering. A 3D model helps visualise the installation, give each exhibitor the right presence and create smooth visitor circulation.
Can the plenary session be broadcast to other congress rooms?
The main conference can be filmed and broadcast live to other Millennium spaces. This makes it possible to welcome more participants, connect several rooms or let backstage teams follow the session.
How are congress registration and wayfinding managed?
Reception areas, hosts, cloakrooms and digital signage make arrival and wayfinding easy. The programme, timings, room names and organiser branding remain visible throughout the building, helping everyone move smoothly between sessions.
Does the venue make exhibition setup and product demonstrations easy?
The spaces provide practical access for installing stands, décor and equipment. La Scène even has direct vehicle access, which is particularly useful for an automotive presentation or large-scale demonstration. The Millennium team supports the installation to make preparation simpler and smoother.

A dedicated project lead centralises the schedule and coordinates the spaces, audiovisual production, stage design, catering, hospitality and logistics. The organiser saves time and has one main contact from the first conversation through to the event itself.
